Custom Lobbies for console

I’ve been playing this game for a while and have become pretty good at it. I feel I’m ready and capable of playing at a high level however I’m unable to test that theory due to the fact I can’t afford a pc. 
Custom lobbies for tournaments on console is a very do able thing and would be beneficial for the console community as I feel that holding it to pc alone doesn’t shine a light on the top tier players as they are missing out a whole section of them. 
even if it’s just next gen consoles you add this feature to please add custom lobbies to console as I would love to try compete at the highest level.
