Damage Counter in-game not accurate to end of game results

Once I did 84, game reports 60 damage at end, now I clearly did 75 too, game reported 39! Wth is that? No, it wasnt gibis shild, and none of them died in process of shooting. Not shooting dead people...

Would you be able to get a recorded clip of this next time if you're able to capture the battle itself and end of round screen at the end?
