Damage Glitch?
People are killing me in milliseconds with weapons while my weapons take atleast 2 full seconds to kill, the only thing i can think or is that here is a damage glitch plaguing the game right now.

There's lots of factors that can go into how quickly you can down someone.
Armor and aim are just a couple but also situational awareness and the weapon you're using.
Keep playing and as you get used to the game and try out different things you'll start downing people quicker.

It's not just you. I'm an above average shot in most shooters and I have a hell of a time killing people sometimes. I've had several occasions now where I watch my damage add up to almost 300 and the person still isn't dead somehow. As far as I'm aware 200 is the total health you can have? On top of that multiple instances of me taking cover and getting shot a second after going around a corner. None of that advantage on my end ever. I'm always getting 2-3 shot by just about everything in the game.
The servers are complete garbage is the real problem. On top of that there's no way of knowing what kind of people you are playing with, They could be playing from China with a 56k internet connection for all you know. Combing people with awful connections with server instability is a recipe for disaster.
