Deadslides and "sticky movement"

Anyone else having problem with movement recently? I can't slide except when I go downhill and my characters movement feels so stale, im literally a sitting duck. It's so annoying and I guess it has to do with the overall server problems but it makes the game unplayable for me. I can't strafe at all and just get easily two-pumped with a mastiff every game and theres nothing I can do about it.
