DEAR DEVS, play the game please

if some of you guys would be playing at a somewhat decent level like bottom master, you'd nerf vantage and seer on sight. Not balanced at all and very frustrating to play against. Like Axle was. You guys took so long to nerf axle to a point where she is balanced, it sqcares me for vantage and seer. We've been dealing with seer for over 4 months now, and vantage just started and is already a pain in the **bleep**. So sad that u guys dont act quickly, its not like its fun to play. I just dont get it
