Death recaps are pointless and humiliating

They show you getting thirsted and killed after you're already knocked for one. If they showed me getting knocked then maybe I could see some usefulness. Even if did that though I still wouldn't want it. Getting knocked and killed is humiliating enough and I'd rather not have my face rubbed in it. I'd rather move on to the next match.

I also think its pointless to see how you were executed when knocked. So only useful and a great addition if you are the last in the squad who dies.... It should show you the knock, not the execute.

But does anyone know when death recaps even show? Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt.

Knocks would be useful. Even then, personally, I'd rather move on to the next match than be forced to relive humiliation.

yeah it's ridiculous , why doesn't it show how you got knock instead....

I'd also like this removed or for there to at least be an option to turn it off.

Funny thing. A day or two ago Respawn issued a fix for PlayStation crashes. The fix seems to consist of at least XBox and PlayStation no longer doing the death cam in at least ranked.

That's good to know. I play on PC but I haven't played in the past two days. I'll have to check if it's still plaguing PC users 😉

@hikigatarijames as I play a lot of mt, death replays are indeed pointless and a waste of my game time and delays me getting back into the match, giving the enemy team more of an advantage.

They also do not look like an exact depiction of what I saw happening imo, but that could be due lag on my side with mobile wifi.
