Ded gaem

Im going to declare it right here and now.

Continued failures of leadership have killed this game.

Long running bugs and issues that have not been addressed. To name a few:

- cheating in all games

- huge aim assist tracking issues

- sbmm and smurfing

I am not a lone voice in this travesty, many individuals, including myself will not be part of this Idiocracy going forward.

This game is officially 'ded gaem'

    So? Don't play ranked.

If you know for a fact that at a certain stage there is unfair gameplay involved, just don't play it, Constantly going into the forums and complaining about it has no effect on the speed it's being fixed with. You're just frustrating yourself with it, and as we all know, frustration is inevitably going to cause stress, and stress shortens life. That's less days of Apex Legends you can play in the potential future.

  • @pastaclown Play ranked for a few games from diamond onwards and you'll notice you play the exact same players every game, around 2am UK time the lobby shuts down completely and you're queuing up with the same 60-80 people all night until morning. Matchmaking times range from 1 minute to 3 minutes just to find a game. I would agree with OP's post that this game is dying.

@Peri_Longbow_plz Difference between ranked and casual play is that players don't quit as soon as they have no gun or are weak or get downed or don't get the legend they want or don't land where they want to land. The ranked system is much more flawless than casual play, but it does have its draw backs at times.

Strike pack mods do infest ranked; hopefully this gets addressed some day soon.

@MoNosDirtyGaming perhaps but again, it's based on local area, and without proper statistics it's hard to verify if a game is truly dying. Here on the boards people say the game is dying all the time, over on Reddit everyone has a mixed opinion about it, same on Twitter. In Japan, Apex seems to be doing pretty well, though again, local areas and no concrete statistics.

Not disagreeing with you, I just don't like forming a conclusion without concrete proof. As I said in my other post, the game is definitely on the decline however.

    cheat and bug

dev are working very hard   , i doubt

they dont care as they have new player comin and spending money on pixel

    the kids are spotted

they will play and pay for pixel forever cos they are just follower of youtube or twitch star

the youtuber will still use soft and hard cheat because if they are not good  no one is goona suscribe and watch their channel

    loop is complete

the dev work only on new stuff that grant them money , content , battle pass and loot box.

war agaisnt cheater is already lost

100% point on. Devs are just trying to get a new blood into the game, thats why they are not fixing current issue that require more time to do, and just focusing on new stuffs, and making the game very complicated and turn it into ability spam mess.

I was a huge Apex Legends fan, because of the High TTK, and the great movement that are not Over as some other game, but is not restricted compare to other, its in that perfect sweet spot.

It has good designed build, that has similarity with the realistic, like R99, R301 and so on.

It was a good game, where Aim/Movement was the main aspect + ability to help, but not its turn into spammable ability stuff. Ability mess up too much with the game now.

I decide to take a break from the game, because it was too much of a pain to play it. It was mostly frustration after the Lost Treasures patch. They totally kill the game for me with that auto-revive b.c.

I was focusing so much on Apex, was grinding insanely hard, practicing for more than 3+ hours (in Kovaak, Apex Aim Trainer and Firing Range) and so on, to get on top level, and was very dedicated, but the experience was getting worst and worst and worst, with all the wrong changes and most importantly all the cheaters.

So if i who was so dedicated decide to stop it i see many people quit this game, because the experience atm is very frustrating.

The way i see it, they are doing zero effort against cheaters, because the situation in S5 was way worst than S4, and the situation was getting worst and worst.

Almost all the streamers are using Macros/Scripts for all kind of stuffs like no-recoil, single fire mode and so on.

SBMM is a pain if you solo queue, servers are trash, there is too many existing bugs, that are from the very beginning and no one is working on them.

Good job Respawn, you will lose and lose more and more people. Its a good thing to try get a new fresh blood into the game, but most importantly you should at first trying to keep your current playerbase.

Your new blood will get frustrated very quickly, tho most of them see how hard the game is, and just cheat, cheat, cheat and cheat.

At the end 99% of the player base will be cheaters.

  • @pastaclown I play london servers, after 2am the lobbies consist of the same 80 players. I've also been matched with the same players constantly too.
