Delay, when pulling out P2020-Akimbo

I died several times today when I tried to switch from the Volt to the P2020-Akimbo.

Reason: There is a delay when the P2020-Akimbo is pulled out.

In the first step, the guns are briefly presented/inspected, then (in a 2nd step) reloaded. That´s 1-2 seconds that make a huge difference in combat.

Is it a bug or is it meant to be like that?
