Two days ago, someone in my squad on the Tokyo server messaged me in chat saying, "Cover me, you **bleep**." Given that I have a mental illness, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I also felt intense anger that they made such a remark without knowing anything about the other members.

After the match, I reported it as "inappropriate chat" using the game's reporting feature. However, the email I just received from your company stated, "WE REVIEWED YOUR REPORT AND DIDN’T TAKE ANY ACTION THIS TIME."

I genuinely enjoy Apex Legends itself. I particularly appreciate the character descriptions and badges that show consideration for minorities, as well as the badges opposing racial discrimination. I wanted to support your company by playing the game, so this is very disappointing.

Considering the game's players span many countries, I understand that monitoring chat in all languages is not easy. However, I believe prompt action is necessary to foster a positive community within the game.
