DEVS Add Graphic Settings: Console disable MB (Motion Blur).

Why can't i change the graphics on a console again? Can anyone tell me why? Like, some say it's to keep it competitive and/ or fair, but i call it bull. I would like to point out that all competi...

It's because consoles are optimized for performance. On pc, you can crank the settings to high fidelity because there's more power to do so, If you have a powerful enough computer.
