Devs Blog What Went Wrong Season Arsenal
Feast your eyes on the mess they made for what I can see no legit post to community about this matter except a vauge post on twitter that not many follow or even own a twitter account and now since the rebrand of twitter you may not without accounts view this post. Anyway here is the link for the devs blog post about the season 17 ranked system.
Bare in mind I don't think you can make many claims based on the simple and even lacking graphs shown in this post but hey I don't categorize you as a serious bussiness anymore and you are barely scrapping enough points to be regarded as amatuer indie game maker. It is harsh but you treated us harsh and now I give my honest fullest opinion.

At least they claim to make things better some things such as longer queue times really alerts me together with the fact you are continue building upon the mess. I have left the sinking ship I can no longer say I am apart of the Apex Player Base since this post draw the last straw, put the last nail in the coffin and etc. I gave my feedback together with many others and you ignored us for a long time. I still sort of think you ignore most of us since this post went under the radar. You want to continue building on the system and are frankly straight forward with the belief you can fix it refine it and tune it into a working system. My hopes are crushed regarding that matter that you are competent enough for that job.
I have stated before and I state it again as a human with flaws and the desire to relive memories and feelings if you survive and manage to actually create a good matchmaking system again, and again I said because the system before season 17, I did like and I even considered it the best of any game before you decided it was not. If these conditions are met in well I guess 2 years minimum you will need to be able to fine tune this, I will then come back and try it again.
Until then best of luck I guess, you do really need it, I hope you come to your senses.
