Devs: Octane needs more Heirloom animations and changes!

I just got the shards from the boxes and as an Octane main I am very disappointed by the lack of features of Octane's heirloom. Octane is the legend I play the most but I am actually thinking to get bangalore now since I also like her as a legend. It is very sad when you compare Octane and Bangalore heirlooms. Bangalore'^s is much better! It has glowing effects and specials animations when you equip it. I want to know why Octane is left out like this. Such a shame.
