Diamond with gold 4 teammates

When are you going to fix this???? I can't play with friends in gold but if I solo queue i only get gold 4 and plat 4 teammates! What's the point of ranked and getting to Diamond if I only play vs stacked premade diamond teams with gold 4 teammates? 
It's 2020 guys! make a real solo queue and don't give me * gold or even platinum teammates! It's impossible to rank up solo like this. And to top it off you reset the rank at the split! If I get lower rank teammates I shouldn't lose 50 points, I should only lose as much as the lowest rank on my team. 

I was watching shivFPS's stream, he can't even rank up to masters solo and he's a pro!

I can count on 1 hand the amount of diamond teammates I've had this season in ranked after reaching diamond, I'm not even joking. This is ridiculous! I know that since cod 4 you guys suck at balancing and making updates. This is a great game so please make an effort!
