Disable full screen optimization should it be enabled or not

I don't know if you've solved the problem of droping game frames when i turn on the full screen optimization, so I don't know should i turn it off or on

@poom-balthe I don’t know either, but if nobody else responds you should probably try it out to see if it was fixed.
