Discord Audio Is Bad Once Game is Launched

So recently when playing NFS Unbound I have had an issue where my game and discord will play nice for a little while and then all of a sudden its like I'm talking through a tin can with string on the end, my friend can't even make out two words I'm saying. I thought this was a discord or a PC issue however it is only happening when I am in an EA game. I tested Battlefront, NFS Heat, Unbound, and Madden within EA and every single time my audio sounds perfect when I am not in the game and then instantly goes to garbage once I am in an EA game. I also checked whether it was a PC issue by launching other games from other applications (steam and Uplay) and none of these games distorted the audio on discord. I really cannot figure out what the issue is and I have yet to find a single forum question or answer similar to this problem. Please Help!! Thanks.
