Display Limits Settings on Console

Though I understand the game is very new, there are currently no settings for the games display limits on my TV's screen and I can't see certain icons across the whole bottom and at the top corners of my screen due to the fact that it's an older TV. There are already FOV settings in the video settings so adding this feature would make sense in my opinion.
