Matchmaking players with a similar KDR is not a terrible idea in my opinion.

I do not have stats to back this up: maybe cheaters will have a KDR that is a good bit above even the best non-cheaters?

    What if the hacker purposely lower his kdr to advoid playing with another hackers?

      Most “hackers” are just really bad players and with the cheats they might just get to the same level as a really good player.
