Been wanting a certain skin that doesn't seem to circulate in the store but wasn't part of a limited time event or anything.. is there ways of purchasing online codes to unlock skins in game? Waiting through the 8 day shop timer for it to never appear is killing me

There are only a few specific editions that can be purchased outside the game, one example is the physical editions for Lifeline & Bloodhound. Some other digital special editions were previously released, such as Champion Edition, Pathfinder Edition, etc.
And skins that become available in the game store, are usually only purchaseable in game. I've seen some skins become available more than once in the store but it usually takes some time before they show up in the store again.
