Doc drone overcharge

It would be an amazing way to use doc if we could overcharge it to give shield.

Like when pulling doc out you have a choce between healing and overcharging.

Overcharging doc could possibly give the shield charge equal to one shield cell.

Just an idea and it would be a lovely buff to our poor lifeline. Rip doc shield

A way to give teammates overshield would also be a nice intro to somthing new.

The overshield should be made temporary
