Does every skin/cosmetic have a chance to drop in Apex pack?

I couldn't find an answer to this question and I was wondering, do every skin in this game have a chance to drop when you open an apex pack as it says that Legendaries have a certain % so I assume all of them have that chance to drop. When I say all skins/cosmetics, I mean all of them, including the limited time events that had some cool skins (I'm looking at you Voidwalker).  This has been a bit of a doubt I had since in the game it implies that ALL skins have the same chance to drop yet if I look up on reddit and other places they say "those skins won't come back in store" yet nobody is actually speaking about the drop chance. Could someone clarify this? (I would prefer see no speculation but that's ok too) .

    @Astropithecus_93 What the loot boxes award are skins/quips/banners/voicelines which you can view all the way from common to legendary, they also have a very low chance to award heirloom shards.

    Limited time skins are only available to purchase from the store during an event, Including Voidwalker which only appeared in the store twice during apex's lifespan.

    @MoNosDirtyGaming Is that an official thing? Where could I read about it? because I dropped stuff in an apex pack that wasn't available in the list nor to purchase, which makes me think that they all technically have an equal chance to drop. I mean also people who started after those events have a chance to get something else other than the 4 legendary skins per character available, or not ?
    This question came to me since I dropped stuff that isn't available to purchase

    @Astropithecus_93 Yes, you can open absolutely everything. But when you open most things (80%), it starts giving you 15-30 crafting material and one skin / voice line etc.

    But if you strongly believe that you will open one particular legendary skin - you will open another, but not the one you want :D

    @Astropithecus_93What item was it that you received?

    The post above is from my understanding of how the apex packs work, (level 500) and I've never received a LTM drop either. I'm sure there would be an uproar of players demanding their money back if this was the case.

    @MoNosDirtyGaming Maybe I didn't express myself correctly. You can open everything in the game, but the limited skins (from the events - no)

    You can get event skins from normal Apex packs. I opened an Apex pack I got from leveling up and I got the Sea Stalker spitfire skin. (This was after the event was already over.)
