Dot in the middle of all guns when hip fire

Since all of these guns are suuuuper accurate why don't we have a dot in the middle of every crosshair?? Doesn't make any sense why only a few gun have a dot in the middle of their hip fire crosshair. No ALL OF THESE GUNS NEED A DOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THEIR HIP FIRE CROSSHAIR!!!!!!
