Dual weildg small arms would be the bees knees!

I am not sure if its a good idea. I am not against it or anything, its just this would probably mean that many guns will get nerfed, so they aren't a death cannon when paired together. And we need to ask which weapons can be paired also. Don't know about you but I really don't want to see anyone running around with 2 Longbows in their hands...
