@xpl0its I know this game is free and b/c of that EA and Respawn think they can do whatever they want, but even free games die due to lack of quality, and if EA doesn't step up they're quality pretty soon, they're gonna miss their chance! Some free game's gonna come along, it'll have quality and proceed to kill Apex. EA is shooting themselves in the foot and enjoying it! Capitalize on your success while you still can! What players want is game quality, and you'd better do quality updates while you have the player base, no one's gonna care when nobody's playing!
Obviously, this is a worst-case scenario, but you can't count on a best-case scenario.
Anyway, you need to get your priorities straight! You can make a quick buck for a very short time rn and let your game w/ many issues die, or you can make a huge profit by keeping this game going strong for a long time, and, though, the way of making a huge profit seems counter-productive at first, it will result in better numbers in the long-term.
I'm saying this like they don't already know, but sometimes it seems like they don't know it!

@Robo_The_Man-Bot
Respawn is small, and were taken by surprise by the extreme popularity of the game.
If I had to take a wild guess, they wanted to make sure a larger gamer-base would be interested in the game, that is why I believe we started to see more varied styles of Skins/Content/Maps/Events, to appeal to more people.
The approach seems to of been to attract a wider user-base.
Now that is what I'd like to believe, and now that the game has plenty of variation, it's time to start fixing the bugs and forget about anymore content... 🙂- 6 years ago@xpl0its Yeah, I totally agree with you! I do hope EA and Respawn at least read what you wrote and take it to heart! I mean, sure, numbers (revenue, not player base) will prolly look a little worse for a little while, but they'll definitely pick back up and even surpass what they were at before the quality updates! I do understand that they have stockholders and whatnot to appease, but they do need to find a way to make it work.
