EA allowed my APEX LEGENDS data to be stolen
EA has allowed my data to be stolen from me with little to no resolve. Nearly 6 months ago now I had a data breach with my EA originator gmail account, this involved constant sign in attempts from Pakistan and different locations ( I am in the United States) so I took it upon myself to change my email out all together on platforms associated with that email. Everything seemed fine and months went by I logged on yesterday to find that someone contacted EA support and successfully taken all my data and transferred emails just by knowing the creator email that has been taken from me which was no longer on my account. (I hope this makes sense)
I have lost 2 heirlooms, 150+ legendary skins, and all my hard work and effort into my hobby and it disappeared in an instant.
I provided EA with payment history detail, my phone number, email, and even screenshots of a conversation the individual had to me from MY EA ACCOUNT claiming he found it on a marketplace and bought it from a site called G2G, EA STILL WOULD DO NOTHING. The individual even blatantly admitted they purchased my account from some site and EA still believes its theirs while it even still has my debit card attached. I still even had my family management account tied into the data that was stolen and limited the THIEF to 30 MINUTE playtime weekly.
I am still in extreme disappointment that EA has failed me once again all due to not having a creator email and missing one or two questions, I have provided insane amounts of proof that I have and had all the information to my account yet someone has stolen from me and discussed my account TO ME yet that is not proper evidence I suppose.
If your reading this EA please don't allow someone to slip through the cracks if I can not have my APEX LEGENDS account back at least make it to where they can't have my account do not let a thief win.
