to provide more context , they have me varify my account in email . then send an email from the -@noreply email , ask me to varify with a code send to my inbox , i send the code . then they close the ticket without doing ANYTHING to help. so why there is 19 tickets is becuase each time they will close it after asking me to varify and once clearly im varified they will close the ticket with no explanation or help provided .
This isn’t a common experience for most players when it comes to ea.
Very common examples would be:
EA/Respawn ignores previous or contradictory statements made by EA/Respawn
EA/Respawn ignores community involvement and competitive integrity until it has a financial impact
EA/Respawn release content that’s very buggy and seems as if it was never tested before being released
I wish I could say, your example does’t fall under the umbrella of typical EA/Respawn. Your issue would be a great example of someone experiencing a company with poor product, design, and services.
But, EA/Respawn can have poor product, design, and services. And posts like this are very common in the forums . I hope your issue gets fixed. And welcome to the Apex community.

EA gave up on customer support, I think they don't believe it is required even though all the issues still happening that nobody take responsibility for. I sent in a ticket for admin power abuse and they just sent back auto reply "by the time we sent you this answer your restriction is gone" well by the way it had not even gone half the time. They just toss all the tickets in the dumpster, that is at least the feeling of it and since nobody ever corrects any statements or bring actual information around the matters our experience is the truth.

Btw they demand identification such as drivers licenses just to change email connected to the account...... they are making everything unnecessary complicated.
