EA gave up on customer support, I think they don't believe it is required even though all the issues still happening that nobody take responsibility for. I sent in a ticket for admin power abuse and they just sent back auto reply "by the time we sent you this answer your restriction is gone" well by the way it had not even gone half the time. They just toss all the tickets in the dumpster, that is at least the feeling of it and since nobody ever corrects any statements or bring actual information around the matters our experience is the truth.

Btw they demand identification such as drivers licenses just to change email connected to the account...... they are making everything unnecessary complicated.
