- 6 years ago@Elamami3440 Oh wow how awesome I can’t believe this is happening to me still why would they accuse me of hacking and not let me defend myself? I understand to keep it fair and I don’t think hacking should be allowed but they allowed my account to be hacked or something I think this was someone else if there was any cheating otherwise a huge misunderstanding

From what I can read it sounds like you are banned and think this was a false positive.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with Account bans on Answer HQ.
Your account status is between you and the EA Terms of Service Team.
If you feel like this ban was applied incorrectly to your account, you best reach out to them by emailing them.
They will review your case and lift the ban if it turns out this was a false positive.

If you believe your account to have been compromised, you can reach out to support at help.ea.com to investigate and verify a compromise. This should hopefully provide usable evidence to retraive the account.
@Elamami3440 Please don't ask for personally identifying information like email addresses. This isn't something we should be sharing on AHQ, it's no business of folks here.

@Elamami3440 It's ok, we just don't use/ask for email addresses here. The forums aren't really the place to discuss individual bans, and that discussion is between an affected person and out relevant teams.
As linked in Zeel's post, banned accounts should use the appeals process already in place. I just added an extra step that can sometimes help.
