Since the video quality is really bad, I would explain it here.
First, I used P2020 and wingman to shoot from 45 metres. P2020 lost its headshot bonus while wingman does not.
Then, I used R-301 to shoot from 44 metres. It did not lose its headshot bonus.
Third, I used Splitfire to shoot from 56 metres, it did not lose its headshot bonus.
Then I used L-Star to shoot from 62 metres and it lost its headshot bonus.
Prowler also lost its headshot bonus from 42 metres.
Splitfire lost its headshot bonus from 72 metres, while wingman did not.
Alternator lost its headshot bonus from 42 metres.
At last, PK did not lose its bonus from ~52 metres.
It is a little bit messy to read.

Standing as far back as I possibly could, these guns did not lose HS damage :
Light Guns : R301, G7
Heavy Guns : Wingman, Hemlok, Flatline
Shotties : Peace Keeper
Energy Guns : Havoc
Snipers : all snipers
That is quite a fair amount of guns even if not counting the snipers. Meaning that Wingman isn't so unique after all in terms of no damage drop off. 😉 @HLNorsemaneYea, actually all ARs and snipers do not loss headshot damage in a distance (I remember ARs are 300m, while Snipers are 500m, but those are miracles if you can hit their heads when they are moving)
PK, like what I said before, EA just put it into care package and they marked this as solved. The uniqueness of wingman is that it has advantage of ARs/LMGs to fight in a close distance, but it still deal as much damage as them when fighting at medium-long range as it does not loss its headshot multiplier like the ARs. As a result, wingman can be used as AR to fight in this distance, but they have advantage against them in short-range battle. This leads to few people to choose AR, while more people will choose wingman.
For the R-99, I think it is fine in game but I think there will be an attack speed nerf if many players still think it is overpowered. Nerfing its attack is not impossible as this will lead to a purple mag R99 cannot kill a caustic with red shield even ALL the bullets are hit without headshot.- @HLNorsemane Havoc single fire does have damage falloff. Maybe not headshot damage, but definitely some form of damage falloff.
@Sir_Named I have actually tested that yes, granted the fall off point is only after 70 meters and even then not much. Single fire does consistent 90 damage headshot damage with 60 to the body and decreases from there.
