EA Nerf Wingman pls

Wingman is always OP in these seasons. High damage, no damage falloff and suitable for all range combat. Wingman is just a PISTOL, so please at least add the damage falloff like other guns. And in...

@HLNorsemane I agree with your idea that pistols in this game should not be acted like a secondary weapon as they should have distinct advantages and disadvantages against different targets when they are available on the battlefield for them to choose. But wingman is a little strange about that, it acts as good as LMGs/ARs at the medium range (at least you can have a reasonable win rate against them), although you can't really compete with the SMGs/shotgun when you need to fight in short-ranged battle, but it is better than LMGs/ARs in that close range as you have a higher chance to headshot someone. For overall advantages, pistols should have their position between short-ranged weapons to medium-ranged weapons, which it should not act better than SMGs at close range and ARs at medium-long range, but it should act better than SMGs at medium range and ARs at short-medium range, which is similar to LMGs, but having different style of damage output.

@Xx__Miku831__xX The Wingman is a hand cannon. Because of that, it is viable at medium ranges. But it really depends on what you want for the situation. An auto weapon is more forgiving if you miss, plus you can keep the pressure on. You really need aim.

And because it is a hand cannon, it works somewhat well in CQC. The other LMGs/ARs also work fairly well. All of them aren't as good as a shotgun or SMG.

The problem is kinda all weapons are just thrown away by the Wingman. Aka R301, Flatline, Spitfire and so on. And the reason is not only the damage and so on, but also the ADS speed, which is heavily reduced. While using Wingman you are at full speed, while ADS, which is a huge advantage.
And when we look at the AR, they are kinda close in terms of power, when we compare them. If we look at the pistols Wingman annihilate all of them.
But as i said before i think they have the right mind design it that strong and they do it with a reason.
In such games, there is always going to be tiers, and this is the right way.

@LordloshBang Yes, we know there is a lot of potential in the wingman and a lot of high profile people loves that gun. Me though, I hate that gun, I cannot for the life of me do well with that gun. I miss almost all the time with that gun and that tells me not anyone can just pick up that gun and destroy with it, hell, not even the highest profile twitch streamer comes even remotely close to hitting every single shot with that thing.

Even those guys miss so much with that gun it sometimes amazes me that it's such a hot topic. They miss bullet on bullet and then switch to their R99 and down goes the enemy in less then 2 secs..

And I feel like I am the only one who notices this.

@LordloshBang Not really.
The Wingman requires really fast reflexes and aim, whereas the ARs I can spray more. Especially CQC, I try to hip fire Wingman, but it’s difficult. With an AR, I can hipfire and do great.
