EA Play Reward Issues. ALGS drops missing.

I've had issues getting my EA Play rewards (charms/load screens) for over a year. Ive fought with customer service about this the entire time. I can get them granted manually eventually but it's an annoying and ridiculous process for a service peark I pay for. I cannot get this issue resolved permanantly. Support claimed it's sony's fault and something to do with account region (My PSN and EA account have never been anything other than NA. I've bought EA Play through PSN for 3 years on going) i took it up with Sony just incase and their support said they had no idea what EA was talking about. 

It's specifcally my Apex account because I get my Madden EA Play rewards just fine. I'd really like a solution to this so I dont keep having to jump through hoops every month to get perks from a service I pay for. Is something wrong with my account? How can I get this issue fixed? I also did not get the twitch drops during the ALGS stream. I took it up with Twitch support because thats what EA's FAQ says to do. Twitch says drops are claimed on their end and it's EA's responsiblity to fulfill them. Also weird because I get my Apex Prime rewards fine. I'm just trying to find a solution to these issues that seem to be plaguing my account and support has been no use on fixing the issue.
