EA support team block me and same answer , need help
I have noticed that the issue of automated responses from your side is recurring, as I have received this reply multiple times: 'Please do not expect further responses on this matter.' Therefore, I kindly ask for your help in reaching technical support again to lift or reduce the permanent ban imposed on me. I have been an active player since the first season, and the mistake I made was unintentional and happened in a moment of frustration. Please don’t deprive me of enjoying the current season. I am willing to take full responsibility if I repeat the mistake in the future. I kindly ask you to reconsider the matter

I'm afraid if our Terms of Service team has reviewed this multiple times and declined to remove a penalty, that will be final.
This is not something we're able to change here on the forums or anywhere else aside from the normal appeal process.
