EA support team block me and same answer , need help

I have noticed that the issue of automated responses from your side is recurring, as I have received this reply multiple times: 'Please do not expect further responses on this matter.' Therefore, I kindly ask for your help in reaching technical support again to lift or reduce the permanent ban imposed on me. I have been an active player since the first season, and the mistake I made was unintentional and happened in a moment of frustration. Please don’t deprive me of enjoying the current season. I am willing to take full responsibility if I repeat the mistake in the future. I kindly ask you to reconsider the matter

    I'm afraid if our Terms of Service team has reviewed this multiple times and declined to remove a penalty, that will be final.

    This is not something we're able to change here on the forums or anywhere else aside from the normal appeal process

    Hey @K9X_Anas,

    I'm afraid if our Terms of Service team has reviewed this multiple times and declined to remove a penalty, that will be final.

    This is not something we're able to change here on the forums or anywhere else aside from the normal appeal process

  • What I would like to request is a reduction of the penalty instead of a permanent ban. I understand all the rules and regulations. Please understand my situation and how losing my account in this way could cause me severe stress.

    Hi @K9X_Anas,

    If our Terms of Service team declined to make any changes including a reduction, that won't be something we can do here either, sorry.
  • Please, my friend @EA_Mako , tell me what to do. Should I wait for some more time? Is it possible for the account to be restored automatically after a certain period? Can I send an apology message to the person I offended? For heaven’s sake, please tell me what to do—I am in a desperate situation

    Hi @K9X_Anas,

    If the account has been permanently banned and our Terms of Service team has declined to make any changes or remove the penalty, there is nothing else to do.

    There will be no way to remove or change the ban on this account, and we have no other options to try and change this aside from our Terms of Service team, who has already made the final decision.
  • Thank you for the time you spent with me. I kindly ask that you forward to management a suggestion to improve the support system and establish a dedicated section for questions related to bans. Currently, there is no other way to communicate with support once you're placed on automatic responses
