Totally agree with you.

TOP5 rank queue is totally pointless, because you still got a totally noobies against you or even worse, WITH YOU.

Elite queue should be maximum TOP3 or only the champs. or TOP3 and lvl combo.

I personally like agressive gamestyle, my mojo is to loot from the taken down opponents, not running all around the map 17mins and searching purple armour and then die with 3 seconds.

But what happened now? noobs want so badly to be TOP5 that you * run all over the map and searching enemies to kill, but you only find those little * campers.

If you put a level requirement in, how are the lvl10, 500 kills, 4k bomb badge owning aimbotters ever going to get into elite games?!?
On a serious note, I completely agree; if you haven't reached lvl 100 you shouldn't be eligible for the elite queue.
Not because it's any guarantee of skill, but because it'd dramatically reduce the number of cheats.

  What are you guys talking about? Isn't it fun to run around doing nothing for basically 10 minutes and seeing that only 10 squads have been eliminated whereas pre-event that can happen in like 3-5 minutes. Sometimes you're even surprised that your teammate or legend says "10 squads remaining" whereas now when looking (in both queues applicable) you see nothing in the kill feed for tens of seconds... early game...
  Then when you finally see someone or a team, you can basically mindread your teammates who're saying "DONT ENGAGE I WANT TOP 5" because they're also camping while you target the enemies....
  What fun is it to play with such noobs that they have to camp to get to top 5 isn't it? :P

    @Koochi-Q oh it's a absolute joy ride of happy emotions and rainbows when you're fully kitted for war but your smart, wise, god tier teammates don't let you foolishly engage anyone until it's the last enemy alive lol. And if you do foolishly get downed because you were too dumb to be as far away from all activities as your intellectually superior teammates then they're gonna completely ignore you because what better way to teach you a valuable life lesson than to sit idly while you make a fool of yourself trying to actively participate in the game instead of not do anything and hope the ring kills everyone else. Truly a pleasure playing this new game mode with such master crafted human specimens all working in unison regardless of age, religion or sexual orientation in order to achieve a common goal which it to unlock limited time skins that we may never use, remarkable!
