Empty supply bins

I've had several games where I've opened an extended supply bin not playing as Lifeline and there has been nothing in the supply bin at all

@Hilshire12 Maybe there is a Loba who used her ulti to take things from there?
I wonder if this happens

If loba uses her ultimate it opens the supply crate the supply crates where empty when they were still closed
