All I am saying is that I think exactly that is whats necessary if we want this forum to be a place for constructive discussions and also actually put pressure on Respawn to fix bugs and problems. In all honesty; most documented video proofs of terrible no regs are quite old, like 6-10 months (I also experienced no regs back in the days so I dont deny it did exist). If we, i.e. the players on this forum, would start to actually upload videos of proof then we would make this forum appear less "whiny" and "I feel it in my gut therefor it must be true"-like =).
And also; many things can be proven false if recorded and watched frame by frame. Just a while ago, some guy here posted a video of him doing like 150 dmg from a 24 bullet R99 spray on a Bangalore on really close range. He was so sure he landed close to 100% of the bullets and complained about the no regs but when I watched the video frame by frame, his crosshair was clearly outside the enemy model AT LEAST 1/3 of the clip, so his final damage kinda made sense. When I pointed this out, he just started to rage at me instead of defending against my arguments.
Playing with shadow play/instant replay ON and save every time something fishy happened really was an eye-opener for me. I realized that "silent enemy steps" was just me who got "tunneled hearing" in intensive situations, and "no regs" was just me overestimating my accuracy etc =)
Ps. it seems like no regs that exists today is more common for console users than PC btw.
