    Heya @f29gwjcy2zcn, it seems like your OS is missing some basic files required for running certain games.

    You can download these files by installing them via this installer:

    If that doesn't work, try running a command prompt with admin privileges.

    After that, type "sfc /scannow" and let it run, this will repair any corrupted system files.

    Hopefully that resolves your issue!
