The sliding is amazing in this game until it comes to the main reason why sliding would be important and that’s for evasion. As soon as you get shot you are no longer able to slide you kind of just stay still and almost stick to the ground. You should still be able to slide even while taking fire to make it possible to get away.

I made a similar post about this and people were saying that this isn't true. I can guarantee that when being shot, you cannot slide, sprint, and are slowed. This needs to change and people need to start actually playing the game, rather than watching and idolizing streamers while going on the forums and acting like they know something about the game.
i've had some instances of being unable to slide when being attacked.Other times i can slide just fine.
it may be a bug? idk
I’m on PlayStation and whenever you try to slide or even sprint while getting shot at it slows you down tremendously.
I think there is a stun mechanic built in to some skills
