Evo weapons??

Imagine picking up a weapon and same as the armour, the more damage you do, your attachments evolve up a tier? I think sights should be the only thing that should be changeable, but if you swap out your sight it won't evolve up.

I don't think every weapon should be an evo weapon, but perhaps putting a evo weapon in a replicator might be the way forward? Or its just a daily rotation or just random spawn?
