Fix High Latency on Xbox

I've noticed that only in Apex I get ping over 100 constantly, I don't know why this is because every other game I play doesn't have this issue, it's also only an Xbox issue. So I don't know what's going on. I'm guessing it's the horrible EA servers. Please tell me you guys are improving this in the Season 8 update.

    Hi there, @ecokeeko.

    I'll try to help with this. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    I experience issues like this too.

    I noticed the time of day greatly affects how high my ping gets.

    When I play in the afternoon, ping is normal, around 30-50. If I play at night any time past 10pm PST, I have over 90-150 ping every match. I think it has to do with the number of people playing in your region. If there is not enough "quality" opponents near you, the game will pull you to a different server, thus high ping, thus lag, thus bad time. Also, I have a new router. I am hardwired but my ping seems to be consistently better over all. I 100% reccomend using an ethernet cable. I am also on Xbox btw.

    Bro if you think we don't try all the basic troubleshooting stuff before we come to ea help you're a tweaker. Your game simply runs * on certain xbox's for some reason. Every other game I run 30 ping but I hop on apex and it's 88 with 2% packet loss. I move my xbox to other networks quite frequently and apex is the only game it sucks on. Literally just launched siege which is normally horrible and I've got 30 ping, so how can I do something on my xbox, on YOUR game to fix my connection? It's clearly the games fault man
