Fix Ranked RP System

I STRONGLY agree that changes need to be made to the RP system. Team based game but you don't get points for playing as a team! Why is there no points for assists? Why even tell me I assisted in a kill? One of the biggest problems with the RP system is, unless you are getting 6-8 kills per game its better to survive (hide) as long as you can rather than actually playing the game(getting kills.) I for the most part play with 'randoms' and most of my games go like this: 

Step 1: Land where no one else is.

Step 2: Avoid the ring.

Step 3: Hide...

Step 4: Avoid fighting at all costs until 

top 5 or higher

Step 6: Die to the first team you bump into.

Surviving awards too many points. But playing the game as a team rewards too little. Maybe instead of earning a flat amount of points for surviving you could get a % bonus for what you have accomplished. Kills. Assists. Revives. Objectives.
