Fix the audioless footsteps ffs
Servers are basically fixed, now it would help if I could actually hear if someone was running/sliding right next to me.

@MoNosDirtyGaming Countless upon countless times entire squads run up on me without a sound you can’t tell me they crept the entire way there
@XvArawnvX I read somewhere that titanfall had the exact same issue.
