I’m about to quit this game because you guys won’t fix it I haven’t been able to play for the new rank split due to d-dosers and connection server timeout fix your game I can’t even enjoy pubs anymore

We should go through some connection troubleshooting to see if anything stands out that might be causing this. What system do you play on and do you use a wired or wireless connection? Thanks!
If nobody could play, we wouldn't have a ton of people playing right now. We'll need to go through troubleshooting to try to find out what's going on. If you're interested in doing that, please let me know. Thanks!
There are far more than a few thousand people playing. We don't give out those numbers, but if there were only a few thousand playing due to server issues, we'd recognize there was a problem and make an announcement. I'm not saying there are no issues, but your estimations on the number of players is wildly inaccurate. For now, we need to troubleshoot individual connections.
@EA_AljoThe way matchmaking is handled is by default bound to give inconsistent experiences and server or backend complaints have been brought up since launch. I know the game is generally playable and many complaints are people that do need to troubleshoot but it also does appear to lack performance compared to other FPS and BRs with some glaring issues that aren't isolated cases as it effects everyone in the server that has repeatedly been brought up.

You say ''For now, we need to troubleshoot individual connections.'' so at what point will it go through the channels that feedback from those that have stable wired connections to their closest data center, opened ports, have contacted ISPs for best connection with decent hardware and those e sport players and content creators who advertise your game highlighting issues everyone has also acknowledge that improvements can be made that's out of control for the user?
When we have determined there's an issue on our end, we won't need to troubleshoot connections.
