I’m about to quit this game because you guys won’t fix it I haven’t been able to play for the new rank split due to d-dosers and connection server timeout fix your game I can’t even enjoy pubs anymore

@EA_Aljo all players all streamers and the entire community complains about bad server... laggs no hit regg packet losses..... and yet you ask him to check his own system????Have you ever felt useless? Dont worry.. atleast your not EA_Aljo

@EA_Aljo A ton of people. You mean a few thousand apex fans a few thousand smurfs and a ton of cheaters yes? How about you give us some feedback on the server stats and if there is any chance apex will get better high tick servers..And who said we cant play? We are playing an unplayable game. Do you understand what that means? It means oure faforite game that we love and give money is broken and malfunctioning. Due to extreme server side issues... now i dont know if thats respawn's fault or EA's. But what i do know is that this is TAKING TO LONG.... Get of ur * and start fixing some issues instead of making skins and heirlooms nobody gets.If you're interested in doing that, please let me know. Thanks!

@EA_AljoThe way matchmaking is handled is by default bound to give inconsistent experiences and server or backend complaints have been brought up since launch. I know the game is generally playable and many complaints are people that do need to troubleshoot but it also does appear to lack performance compared to other FPS and BRs with some glaring issues that aren't isolated cases as it effects everyone in the server that has repeatedly been brought up.This thread has tried to address it and notice a lot of these people that support it have been playing the game a considerable amount of time (still do) but still experience these issues: https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Troubleshooting-for-EA-Respawn-and-Multiplay/m-p/10106114You say ''For now, we need to troubleshoot individual connections.'' so at what point will it go through the channels that feedback from those that have stable wired connections to their closest data center, opened ports, have contacted ISPs for best connection with decent hardware and those e sport players and content creators who advertise your game highlighting issues everyone has also acknowledge that improvements can be made that's out of control for the user?

@EA_Aljo Its not on the players end, its literally a problem every single player that plays this game faces every other day at least once

@EA_Aljo How would that be determined (or how could we as a community build a case to highlight this issue) when there's ample evidence online of these problems? I don't mean to sound pedantic as i'm genuinely curious how after 2 years there isn't any recognition there's a problem on your end.

We are always watching out for issues with the servers. When issues are detected, they are investigated. Community feedback also plays a large role in this as well.

@EA_AljoSo that thread i highlighted, more people showing through user feedback that they're also experiencing these issues would be more likely to be investigated and acted on? Would them providing video evidence also support that cause or is just feedback sufficient?
Also, if more information would be needed then what could we provide?

@EA_Aljo Ok. I was just wondering if video, mentioning our performance readout and/or data center selected or anything else might help as i could put that on the thread for them to provide that info.

They said they're talking about servers soon so hopefully we get something positive. I won't take anymore of your time, cheers.

Without testing your connection, we can't rule out any issues with it.

To be fair i constantly have problem with the connection, while using Origin. The moment the game was released on Steam and i move to it i have pretty much zero issue with the game.
