Fix Wingman

EA_David - The nerf to magazine size is a start but extended mags are far too easy to find to make a difference. I come across tier 3 (purple mags) all the time during my playthroughs. Plus on the initial drop 4 bullets is fine because it outputs a lot of damage to players with low tier Armour. Also, the gun reloads fairly quickly making the 4 bullets not a big issue.

I believe the devs should focus on the fire rate (think of the hand cannon from fortnite). This would help balance the amount of damage the gun outputs per shot. Currently, the Wingman can fire off shots at a quick pace. With the fast fire rate, amount of damage and range combined makes this weapon a little too strong.
