Fix your matchmaking!!!

As much as I like a competitive game of ranked. Grinding as high as I can as a solo part time player. I have managed to hit diamond few times only to start my split or new ranked season at gold 3 or 4. Now where the problem exists with your matchmaking is myself and casual players everywhere have to play multiple time preds every **bleep** game because some genius over there thought it would be a good idea to reset everyone to the same starting level for ranked reset..... Which makes ranked unplayable for the first week or two. Now please tell us why you haven't fixed this over how many years now?
