Fix your servers..

Can you please fix your servers? Can't connect to lobby and when I finally playing the game lagging as hell... I spent a lot of money and time in your game... And that's the big gratitude.. New skins...

@EA_Aljo I've noticed older console experience more mico studders and fps drops when fighting enemies or interacting with the game which shouldn't happen. I don't lag anymore since I have the newest console but that shouldn't be the only way to fix server issues. I honestly think your game has HUGE potential but you guys aren't pushing the right things out. who cares about cosmetics. Also, I've noticed every time you guys update the game there's a new bug every time or an old one comes back which wouldn't be a connection problem, would it? ALSO your game plays perfectly some days and terrible the next again how is that connection? ALSO other games run perfectly fine on older consoles and have no connection issues, but apex has a problem. It's not our connection stop telling people to troubleshoot when you know your servers have had issues since day 1.

@EA_Aljo sure pal ill let you trouble shoot me lol. why is it that on an older console do I lag and get frame drops when fighting and using game mechanics? I'm sorry if I offended you but I'm tired of you guys not taking the blame yes I understand troubleshooting may help but cmon the consistent inconsistency is funny

  Sounds good. Are you on a wired or wireless connection. Which system are you playing on and is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive?

    @EA_Aljo i was on wireless connection and then switched to wired and still got the same studders and lagging encounters when shooting sliding and opening supply bins. i had an xbox 1 at the time. installed on internal hard drive

  If you've gone through all the troubleshooting steps and are certain the issue isn't on your end, then it is probably the servers. Respawn is aware of strange ping spikes as a result of their servers and it looks like they're putting more time into server maintenance, so that's good news I guess!

What is the point of addressing feedback if all you're going to do if blame the users connection.
