Can you please fix your servers? Can't connect to lobby and when I finally playing the game lagging as hell... I spent a lot of money and time in your game... And that's the big gratitude.. New skins...

@EA_Aljo sure pal ill let you trouble shoot me lol. why is it that on an older console do I lag and get frame drops when fighting and using game mechanics? I'm sorry if I offended you but I'm tired of you guys not taking the blame yes I understand troubleshooting may help but cmon the consistent inconsistency is funny

Sounds good. Are you on a wired or wireless connection. Which system are you playing on and is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive?
- @EA_Aljo i was on wireless connection and then switched to wired and still got the same studders and lagging encounters when shooting sliding and opening supply bins. i had an xbox 1 at the time. installed on internal hard drive
I go through the same issues, I’m on a PS5. I’m also on a wired connection. Almost every game there’s lag and out of sync issues. My last game just now kicked me out as soon as I got into a gun fight. I have recorded many instances in my phone of the game having issues with different errors. Apex is the only game that gives me this issue while playing online. It’s really annoying. I’ve also been told by others that it’s the servers as others have experienced these issues as well.
- @EA_Aljo im not trying to give you a hard time and I appreciate you trying to help this community its just you can clearly tell when its the server and when its your connection which is frustrating. for example the consistent frame drops when fighting a enemy is stupid like cmon how is that my connection? what about my data center saying I have 12ms and 0% packet loss but continue to get the packet loss and high latency symbol on my screen. it just doesn't make sense to me at all as I have strong wifi and is capable at running any game flawlessly such as other fps and battle royales etc. except apex

Disconnects and lag are expected on wireless. Even when you have a low ping. Speed isn't the issue. Wireless isn't as stable as wired. One of the biggest reasons for connection issues is being on a wireless connection. When you switched to a wire, did you power cycle your modem, router and system or did you just plug it in and try again? If you didn't power cycle everything, try using a wire again, but go through that process first.
I'm playing on a wired connection, 500gb/s internet speed, 20ms ping, internal M.2 ssd. I never have any issues with any other games but your servers are consistently micro-stuttering, running at half speed for no reason or fully kicking me off. This is not an issue on my end because it regularly only happens with your game. Some days it's 100% fine and others its absolutely horrible. Instead of blaming the people just trying to play your game, do your god damn job and fix the issue.
If you've gone through all the troubleshooting steps and are certain the issue isn't on your end, then it is probably the servers. Respawn is aware of strange ping spikes as a result of their servers and it looks like they're putting more time into server maintenance, so that's good news I guess!
