Fix your servers..

Can you please fix your servers? Can't connect to lobby and when I finally playing the game lagging as hell... I spent a lot of money and time in your game... And that's the big gratitude.. New skins...

Sounds good. Are you on a wired or wireless connection. Which system are you playing on and is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive?

@EA_Aljo im not trying to give you a hard time and I appreciate you trying to help this community its just you can clearly tell when its the server and when its your connection which is frustrating. for example the consistent frame drops when fighting a enemy is stupid like cmon how is that my connection? what about my data center saying I have 12ms and 0% packet loss but continue to get the packet loss and high latency symbol on my screen. it just doesn't make sense to me at all as I have strong wifi and is capable at running any game flawlessly such as other fps and battle royales etc. except apex

Disconnects and lag are expected on wireless. Even when you have a low ping. Speed isn't the issue. Wireless isn't as stable as wired. One of the biggest reasons for connection issues is being on a wireless connection. When you switched to a wire, did you power cycle your modem, router and system or did you just plug it in and try again? If you didn't power cycle everything, try using a wire again, but go through that process first.

  Wired connection, 500mb/sec, ping 30-40, same thing a few times in one day. Fix servers! Disconnected and then unable to reconnect

    Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.

  @EA_Aljo ive tried wired connection and i have had the same problems. yes I turned on and off my console and router/modem and still had lag issues while using ingame mechanics. I'm fine now and experience no lag with the same connection but on a box series x.
