Can you please fix your servers? Can't connect to lobby and when I finally playing the game lagging as hell... I spent a lot of money and time in your game... And that's the big gratitude.. New skins...

@EA_Aljo im not trying to give you a hard time and I appreciate you trying to help this community its just you can clearly tell when its the server and when its your connection which is frustrating. for example the consistent frame drops when fighting a enemy is stupid like cmon how is that my connection? what about my data center saying I have 12ms and 0% packet loss but continue to get the packet loss and high latency symbol on my screen. it just doesn't make sense to me at all as I have strong wifi and is capable at running any game flawlessly such as other fps and battle royales etc. except apex

Community ManagerDisconnects and lag are expected on wireless. Even when you have a low ping. Speed isn't the issue. Wireless isn't as stable as wired. One of the biggest reasons for connection issues is being on a wireless connection. When you switched to a wire, did you power cycle your modem, router and system or did you just plug it in and try again? If you didn't power cycle everything, try using a wire again, but go through that process first.
Wired connection, 500mb/sec, ping 30-40, same thing a few times in one day. Fix servers! Disconnected and then unable to reconnect

What system are you playing on?
Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know what happens.
Hy. I tried and it's just a small difference.. When I open the game and see the server list there is usually 32-50ms my ping, but when I play its 50-75-100ms
- @EA_Aljo Quite the same here: I have optic fiber connexion, running on a good ethernet wire; like 5ms ping, and like 500Mb/s speed. Granted, my machine is not so good (I run on the low end of minimal requirements), but sometimes, I will get disconnected 3 or 4 times at the beginning of the game, popping late after everyone dropped, getting stuck, on time, I repoped in the ring at each round, but could not move. I often have this "unable to connect" message, while I can still check that I can connect wherever else I want. and so on, while my game runs smoothly just one hour before (thanks to fine optimisation of graphics).

Also, thanks for the feedback on voice chat controls. If there are any updates to them, there will most likely be an announcement on our official channels.
@EA_Aljo Are servers bad now? I have been waiting over 5 minutes to get into trios... but ranked league is within 1 minute. Why would that be that way? I keep getting "Starting server", then back to "finding match" and back and forth.

Thank you. That's not too bad. What country are you located in? Also, what system are you playing on?
@EA_AljoI'm in France. My system is a Latitude 5500 laptop (basically i5 2GHz, 8Go RAM, Intel UHD Graphics 660 with 2 go of shared ram, Windows 10 latest revision ~2H2. I don't run antiviruses and so on while playing, I only have Apex /Origin, i start most of my other installed programs manually -I edit those so they don't start at startup when not needed ).
I know that I lack most on graphic card, but what I described above was a repeated "unable to connect"/"you seem to not be connected" situation.
I see the limitations of my machine of my FPS, but as far as toggling shadows off and reducing resolution go, I can obtain 45 FPS in shooting range, and I am at 15 when dropping/ 25-30 on average, so it is not that bad (well, it is, but not for my level; I am not a pro, have bad skills anyway and can't afford better)Maybe should I cut Origin in addition or would it increase the problem?

Most likely, the lag you're experiencing is being caused by your graphics card not quite being up to recommended specs.
How can you say this, since I don't have these effects most of the time?
Most times are fine, but suddenly, my GC would mess with merely connecting in the main screen, game lobby and character selection?These are not so much greedy on graphics, I guess.
I could hear that my deadends/lost packets in the tracert logs could be a problem, but while my GC is not ideal for playing,I may honestly suppose that it is not the problem involved in such situations, as it doesn't seem to be relevant.
But I am all hears to be corrected from a technical point of view if I am wrong.

- @EA_Aljo I've played today using Google DNS servers, seems like problem is gone, but I'm not sure. I give you to know after couple days. Also I have more feedback for you, about control settings for this time. On consoles, if you been changed mark button from default (RB, R1) to any another button, X or ■ for example, then you can't set mark on the map anymore, or ping vault on World's Edge when you picked key. Not big deal, but still broken part of the game.
- @EDxSiNx happened to me... used to be 18 ms, wired then became 30-40 ms wired for months. Unplugged my ISP router for a minute then opened up my ps4 first so it gets assigned an adress first. Solved the problem I am back to 13-17 ms ping since then.
