With the r301 being straight up better as a mid range gun and the car outshining the flatline in cqc, it would be nice if the flatline got a barrel stabilizer to help it compete against its counterpart once it comes out of the crafter.
Just use R-301. :D
Flatline is more like a hard hitting smg than an actual assault rifle.
If they miss few shots from CAR then they are all yours at close range.
The R-301 is the only assault rifle class weapon in the game, I mean I tried Havok for maybe last 300 hours, but the recoil is still bad even if you learn it...
