Forced Pulled From Game (Again)

Was playing a match as Lifeline, with two players who were a Pathfinder and Mirage. Me and the Pathfinder were knocked on the west side of bunker. All of a sudfen, for no reason at all, the game forced me into a friend's party.

I didn't see or hear any game invites, I didn't hit "Y", nothing. The loading screen just appeared and my friend was surprised to see me show up.
